My services include everything as it relates to health.  One's stomach is considered the second brain. Consequently, nurturing the stomach is very important considering that our gut can strongly influence one's thoughts which contributes to one's actions.  The mouth is the entry point to most disease.  Once the body is in a better state, one's spiritual and finacial goals can be more easily obtained.

I assist individuals set and achieve health-related goals by guiding them in making sustainable lifestyle changes. A health coach works with clients to develop personalized strategies for improving their overall well-being, which can include areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and emotional health.


My key aspects of health coaching include:


  • Goal Setting: Help clients set realistic and specific health goals.
  • Personalized Plans: Based on individual needs, I develop tailored action plans.
  • Accountability: Provide support, encouragement, and accountability, ensuring clients stick to their goals.
  • Behavior Change: The focus is on long-term behavior changes rather than quick fixes, I teach clients how to adopt and maintain healthy habits.

The initial consultation is $50.00 for a forty-five minute session. 


The total cost for three months of coaching is $500.00.  There is no consultation fee as it's included with the plan.  This prices includes a once-a-week thirty minute session. My health coaching will also include meal planning.

Meal Planning

Let me assist you with meal planning by offering personalized guidance that aligns with an individual’s health goals, preferences, and dietary needs.

Here’s how I typically assists with meal planning:

  • Initial Assessment: Review your health status, goals (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain, managing a health condition), lifestyle, and any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Nutrient Balance: Ensure the plan includes the right balance of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals) based on your needs.
  • Small, Incremental Changes: Instead of overwhelming changes, I guide clients to gradually incorporate healthier food choices and eating habits.
  • Customized Meal Ideas: Based on the client’s preferences and dietary needs, I provide meal ideas or frameworks that can be easily followed.
  • Grocery Shopping: I offer practical advice on how to shop for healthy ingredients, read labels, and avoid highly processed or unhealthy options.

There is a one-time fee of $150.00.  The fee will include a consultation, and a meal plan that will cover enough ideas and suggestions to replace all of your current meals.

Financial guidance

Financial coaching is a professional service I provide that help individuals or businesses improve their financial habits, knowledge, and decision-making skills. The goal of financial coaching is to provide guidance on managing money more effectively, setting and achieving financial goals, and improving financial literacy. Unlike financial advisors who may provide specific investment advice, I focus on:

  1. Budgeting: Help clients create and stick to budgets tailored to their income and spending needs.
  2. Debt Management: Offering strategies to reduce debt and manage credit more responsibly.
  3. Savings and Planning: Encouraging clients to save for future goals, such as retirement, emergencies, or large purchases.
  4. Behavioral Changes: Identifying spending patterns or habits that may hinder financial success and suggesting alternatives.
  5. Goal Setting: Working with clients to establish realistic and achievable financial goals.
  6. Removing Negative Credit:  I work and show clients how to remove negative marks of their credit.
  7. How to use credit: How to obtain business credit and utilize credit cards in a beneficial way.

I often take a more hands-on and educational approach, aiming to empower clients to make better financial decisions on their own in the long term.

spiritual coaching

Spiritual coaching is a form of life coaching that focuses on helping individuals connect with their inner selves, explore their spiritual beliefs, and align their lives with their spiritual goals. It involves guiding clients to gain clarity on their life purpose, develop a deeper understanding of themselves, and tap into their intuition or spiritual wisdom.


The bible is literally a science book in which the esoteric knowledge is not known to most, even those who have gone to seminary.  I've studied numerous religions and have obtained a great debt of knowledge.  For instance, if one was to read Genesis 49th chapter, you will notice that they are also describing the 12 zodiacs while also describing the 12 tribes of Israel.  Religious books have many deep scriptures based on knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

Spiritual coaches often help individuals:

  • Cultivate a sense of purpose or meaning in life.
  • Work through emotional or existential struggles.
  • Connect with their higher self or a greater power (depending on personal beliefs).
